Download the Loader

Use the loader link from your purchase ticket or the members channel in Discord. Run it on the controller PC, not the game PC.

Only use the official Discord link. The loader checks for updates every time it starts.

Sign In & Activate

Run the loader as Administrator. Sign in with the username and password tied to your license. First time using it? Click Register and enter your key.

Key       →  your 2LT DMA license key

Configure Hardware Mouse (Optional)

If you use KmBox or Makcu for aim output, plug it into the controller PC before launch. In Aim settings, turn on Use Mouse Device and pick your device.

Hardware mouse is optional. Memory aim works without another device.

Launch

Start Destiny 2 on the game PC. After character select, click Launch in the 2LT Loader. The DX11 overlay should appear on the controller PC within a few seconds.

The overlay renders on the controller PC. For single-PC setups, it appears as a transparent window over the game.

Disable Windows Defender

Turn off these Windows Defender settings before running 2LT External. Open Windows Security from the Start menu and go through the list.

1. Real-time Protection
Virus & threat protection → Manage settings → turn off Real-time protection
2. Cloud Protection
Same page → turn off Cloud-delivered protection
3. Automatic Sample Submission
Same page → turn off Automatic sample submission
4. Tamper Protection
Same page → turn off Tamper protection. This prevents Windows from automatically re-enabling the settings above.
5. Memory Integrity
Device Security → Core isolation details → turn off Memory integrity
6. Vulnerable Driver Blocklist
Same page → turn off Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist
Reboot after disabling Memory Integrity and the Vulnerable Driver Blocklist before continuing.

Disable Secure Boot

2LT External needs Secure Boot disabled. Reboot into BIOS/UEFI and turn it off. The menu name changes by motherboard, so check your board manual or search the model.

Common path: BIOS → Security → Secure Boot → Disabled. Save and exit.

Launch

If launch fails, verify that Secure Boot is disabled and that you are running the loader as Administrator.
FAQ

Questions that come up a lot.

Short answers for the setup issues people usually hit first.

Any FPGA PCIe DMA card with pcileech/MemProcFS support should work. Common options include Squirrel, Enigma, and similar cards. 2LT does not sell DMA hardware.
Yes. 2LT External requires Secure Boot to be disabled on each boot. You can re-enable Secure Boot when not using 2LT External, but it must be off before launching.
The loader checks for updates on launch. When a new version is available, it downloads and applies it before the main UI opens.
